Rotherham Labour Labour Councillors in Rotherham
Today local Labour Cllr’s volunteered in a community clean-up event at Pottery Ponds in Swinton. Councillor’s Alan Atkin (Wath), Stuart Sansome (Swinton) and Ken Wyatt (Swinton) were among a number of volunteers who took part in this clean-up. The event was organised between the Love Where You Live campaign at Rotherham Council and the Don Catchment Rivers Trust.

The community clean-up was organised in response to concerns from local people about litter and the general state of the area. At the event today were a number of residents, volunteers, the councillors and staff from the local Tesco store in Wath who were able to support the event as well.
